Final Fantasy: Rubigamesh Final Fantasy: Rubigamesh

Rated 5 / 5 stars

A great piece, with nice transitions between parts, now I wish for a FFV remake, only I hope that this time Gilgamesh will be invunrable to the Samurai class' "Gil Toss" skill which made the battles a breeze.

An excellent mixture of these three pieces.

I somehow enjoyed this very much although my least favourite battle theme is FF2.

Well Done sir.

SpaceFarer (8-bit) SpaceFarer (8-bit)

Very Nice

My only problem was the fact the parts didn't really remind me of the intended theme, and the theme completely changes after 00:45. But I feel that the piece didn't need that long of an opening, in my opinion.

It resembles Pokemon victory themes very much, but better.

This is in excellent piece of music in every way, but the first though I had, was the soundtrack of a promo to a movie or something.

"In a land long shrouded in the fog of war, a Silent Guardian single handedly defends the world from the forces of evil." or something in that direction.

Power Metal

I agree with the people that say it sounds like dragonforce and I also think it sounds like Hammerfall

This song is a nice, but slow Power Metal song, not Heavy metal in any possible way.

Not melodic deathmetal. 'Tis called Power.

Thanks very much :)

I was considering doing a Chocolate Rain cover but because of the sheer repetitiveness of it I think it would get old really fast.

Besides, Coda has allready done a frankly brilliant 8bit cover of it. I can't really compare :D

Thanks for reviewing :)

This piece is packed with paniced epicness.

That start sounded like FFIV(2 in Us) panic theme a bit if I'm not mistaken.

This could fit in any running away scene in any game.

Anyhow, downloaded!

Hades responds:

There are definitely some things in this song that you could relate to the style of Uematsu's work on the Final Fantasy series, I'm glad you pointed it out! And FF IV is definitely one of the best games in the entire series, so that's an additional compliment, in my view. ;D Thanks for taking the time to review!

This could be admitted as FF boss battle material, easily.

This brings back memories of Silver, well, I had a weird glitched one.

but most of the things were right, and G/S need to be redone, because they were the best in the series. (IMO)

SockpuppetRemix responds:

Yeah, G/S DEFINITELY need to be redone. There's a rumor that there's a remake being made, but who knows...
Thanks! =D
